# Credit Packs Retired

> Pay-as-you-go credits were retired in May 2026. Paid plans now include unlimited scorecards.

## Credit Packs Retired

Pay-as-you-go credit packs were retired in May 2026. Every paid Waffle plan
now ships with unlimited scorecards, so the one-time top-up product is no
longer needed.

## What changed

* The \$5-per-credit pack purchase flow is removed from Settings → Billing.
* The `Credit Pack Purchased` confirmation email is no longer sent.
* The credit-balance counter in admin tooling and account settings is gone.
* Existing balances were zeroed out at cutover. Users with positive balances
  at cutover did not exist at the time the change shipped, so no refunds
  were issued.

## What to do instead

Subscription plans cover everyone's scorecard needs:

* **Starter (\$49/mo)** — unlimited scorecards
* **Growth (\$119/mo)** — unlimited scorecards + outbound integrations
* **Scale (\$199/mo)** — unlimited scorecards + data warehouse destinations
* **Enterprise** — custom pricing for high-volume teams

## Why we made this change

Paid Waffle plans already cover unlimited scorecards across every paid tier.
Maintaining a parallel pay-as-you-go ledger added billing complexity and
support overhead without unlocking a meaningful new use case. The simpler
billing model lines up with how customers were already using the product.
