# Custom Branding

> Add your company logo to exported scorecards

## What Custom Branding Does

Custom branding lets you replace the Waffle watermark with your own company logo on exported PDF scorecards:

* Your logo appears on the **cover page** and **page headers** of every PDF
* Creates a professional, **white-labeled experience** for your hiring team
* Reinforces your employer brand throughout the interview process

## Uploading Your Logo

  <Step title="Navigate to Branding settings">
    Go to **Settings → Branding** in the sidebar (under the SETTINGS section).

  <Step title="Click Upload Logo">
    Click the "Upload Logo" button to select your company logo file.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select your image">
    Choose an image file from your device. PNG, JPG, and SVG formats are recommended for best quality.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Preview the result">
    See a live preview of how your logo will appear on exported PDFs before saving.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Click "Save" to apply your logo to all future PDF exports.

  For best results, use a horizontal logo with a transparent background. Square logos work too but may appear smaller.

<Tip>
  Your logo is applied to all future PDF exports. Existing PDFs you've already downloaded won't be updated — re-export those scorecards to apply the new branding.
