# Exporting to PDF

> Download professional interview scorecards as PDF documents

## How to Export

    Open a scorecard from your library or immediately after generation in chat.

    Click the "Export PDF" button at the top of the scorecard, or use the floating action button that appears on hover.

    The PDF downloads to your device immediately — no waiting, no processing delays.

## What's Included in the PDF

Your exported PDF is a complete, self-contained interview guide with everything your team needs:

* **Cover page** with role title, company name, and generation date
* **Competency overview** showing all competencies with their importance weights
* **Interview questions** grouped by competency for easy navigation
* **Scoring rubrics** with behavioral anchors for the 1-5 rating scale
* **Red flag warnings** to watch for during candidate responses
* **EEOC compliance guidance** to ensure fair and legal interviewing
* **Scoring sheet** for interviewers to fill in during live interviews

  Print the scoring sheet section for interviewers to use during live interviews. The behavioral anchors help calibrate ratings across the team.

  Free plan scorecards include a small Waffle watermark on the PDF. Upgrade to Starter or above to remove it and add your own logo.

## Bulk Export

Need multiple scorecards at once? Select several scorecards from your library and use the **Bulk Export** option to download them all as a single ZIP file.

* Select scorecards using the checkboxes in the library grid
* Click **"Export Selected"** to download a ZIP containing individual PDFs
* Bulk export limits vary by plan — check your [plan details](/billing/plans) for specifics

  Each PDF in the bulk export is identical to what you'd get from exporting individually — same formatting, branding, and content.

## Sharing with Your Team

PDFs are designed to be shared easily with your hiring team:

* **Email or print** — PDFs are self-contained documents you can attach to emails or print for in-person interviews
* **[Share links](/exporting/sharing)** — generate a link for online viewing without downloading
* **No account required** — anyone with the share link can view the scorecard, even without a Waffle account

<Tip>
  If you update your company logo in **Settings → Branding**, previously cached PDFs are automatically regenerated with the new logo on next export. No manual steps needed.
