Waffle offers three subscription tiers plus an enterprise option. Every paid
plan ships with unlimited scorecards. Tiers differentiate on message limits,
dictionary size, AI token ceilings, and integration access.
Enterprise plans are available with custom terms, unlimited token budgets,
SSO, audit logs, and dedicated support. Contact

Annual billing saves 20% across every tier. You can switch between
monthly and annual billing at any time in Settings → Billing.
Every plan includes a monthly token budget for
AI competency scoring.
Each scoring run uses tokens proportional to the transcript length and the
number of competencies on the scorecard.

You can check your current token usage in Settings → Billing. If your
budget is exceeded, transcript scoring pauses until your next billing
cycle. Upgrade your plan for a higher budget.
ULTRA mode produces deeper analysis with
more competencies, richer rubrics, and nuanced questions. ULTRA is included
on every paid plan with unlimited usage — no per-generation surcharge.
