Waffle includes a built-in help center that surfaces relevant articles based on where you are in the app. No need to switch to a browser tab — help is always one click away.

Opening the Help Center

Click the help icon in the sidebar or bottom navigation to open the help drawer. It slides in from the side with articles and a search bar.

Context-Aware Articles

The help center is smart about what it shows you:
  • On the chat page — articles about creating scorecards, writing JDs, and chat refinement
  • On the library page — articles about managing, searching, and archiving scorecards
  • On the billing page — articles about plans, credits, and upgrading
  • On the templates page — articles about using and browsing templates
If you want to see everything, click “Show all articles” to browse the full collection.

Searching for Help

Use the search bar at the top of the help drawer to filter articles by keyword. The search matches against article titles, summaries, and tags.
